  1. Standard Terms and Conditions It is advisable that this contract be used when entering into an agreement for work to be accomplished on diocesan property. This contract must accompany any proposal coming to Bishop for his signature. Items that are not relevant or cannot be met by a contractor may be lined out and initialed by both parties entering into the agreement.

    The dollar amount of the proposal should not dictate the need for this contract. Remember, an accident can happen independent of the complexity of the work being contracted for.

    This contract should be provided to the contractor up front of the job being discussed. If the contractor cannot meet diocesan liability requirements, the time to realize that is now.
